Job summary

Ladders seeks a Product Manager for Customer Identity & Access Management to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of CIAM capabilities that enable secure access and seamless user experiences.

You will partner with technical leadership and cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into concrete product enhancements, advance customer self‑service, and guide initiatives from discovery through rollout in a complex industrial technology environment. Remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8+ years in project management or product leadership preferred.
• Experience with complex technology projects involving multiple teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CIAM, IAM, or digital identity technologies.
• Experience with platforms such as Auth0, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Customer Identity & Access Management to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of identity-related product capabilities that support secure access and seamless user experiences. You will partner closely with technical leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical product enhancements. The position will help advance customer self-service, improve platform functionality, and guide initiatives from discovery through rollout in a complex industrial technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $140,000 – $210,000 annually
