Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a senior Lead Product Manager for Identity & Access Management to own vision, roadmap, and backlog across multiple brands and channels. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable identity experiences and align programs with enterprise security and regulatory requirements.

You will drive discovery, prioritization, and delivery of capabilities like registration, sign-in, MFA, federation, SSO, and profile management while collaborating

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Product leadership experience across product management and strategy.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery to optimization.
• Ability to define vision, roadmaps, and integrated backlogs across multiple domains.
• Collaborating across business units to align capabilities and priorities.
• Data-driven prioritization balancing customer, risk, and business value.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, portfolio planning, and dependency management.
• Identity and access management experience (CIAM/XIAM) is preferred.
• Platform modernization and cross-brand coordination are advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
• Leadership mindset with accountability and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy and multi-year vision for external identity and access management.
• Own the integrated backlog across domains, balancing modernization, security, and business commitments.
• Lead lifecycle from discovery through adoption and optimization.
• Shape identity experiences including registration, sign-in, MFA, account recovery, and federation.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders, resolving dependencies and competing priorities.
• Promote reusable enterprise capabilities and reduce fragmentation in identity platforms.
• Gather feedback from customers and partners to identify friction and drive improvements.
• Define KPIs for adoption, reliability, security outcomes, and business impact.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance considerations are embedded in delivery.
