Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of commercial experience, including product management, marketing, and/or sales.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in electrical markets (power distribution, motor control, automation).
• Experience leading new product development, launches, and commercialization in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, pricing, margin management and business case development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy, roadmap, and growth initiatives for LV VFDs.
• Lead pricing, positioning, and value proposition strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate across sales, engineering, finance, and operations to execute roadmap priorities.
• Represent the product family with customers and partners to strengthen market position.
