Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the industrial automation industry.
• Strong selling skills and customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on technical experience with factory automation, process control sub-markets, motor control tech, control loops, VFD, power filtering/conditioning.

• Drive growth of the VFD and power quality business within the organization.
• Strategize and implement market-driven initiatives to address selling challenges and operational needs.
