Haut.AI is a BeautyTech startup elevating skincare with AI. We seek a Lead Product Manager to own go-to-market, packaging, pricing, and end-to-end product launches for enterprise deals, turning demos into value.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Success, design onboarding, and define the product roadmap as bets with OKRs. This is a fully remote role across UK/EU time zones, with stock options after probation.

Competenze

6+ years in Product Management for B2B/B2B2C SaaS with clear GTM ownership.
Experience taking products to market commercially with measurable results.
Pricing and packaging experience, ideally including API pricing.

Mansioni

Own go-to-market strategy: segmentation, positioning, and launch plans.
Define packaging tiers, bundles, API usage models, and pricing for pilots and production.
Lead end-to-end product launches with docs, enablement, and adoption tracking.
Map customer journey from first demo to go-live and expansion; design onboarding.
Define and defend the roadmap with hypotheses, timelines, and OKRs.
Be the product voice in commercial conversations and feed insights to roadmaps.
Provide a prioritized demand signal to delivery PMs and Engineering.
