Job summary

Veriff is seeking a Lead Product Manager for the Customer Portal, with ownership from strategy to launch. You will drive the roadmap, discovery process with demanding enterprise accounts, and partner across Engineering, GTM and Design.

You will guide the team through launches, prioritisation, and craft standards while maturing from IC to leader over time. The role offers remote and Barcelona options, emphasizing revenue impact, customer outcomes, and a strong product craft.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end product area from strategy through discovery, delivery and launch.
• Experience with enterprise accounts and complex customer needs.
• Ability to translate customer insights into a clear phased roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Customer Portal tied to revenue.
• Run disciplined discovery with customers and translate into problem statements.
• Make transparent prioritisation across ambition, sustainability and urgency.
• Define success metrics before building and hold team to outcomes.
• Partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design as a connective tissue.
• Own launch discipline for internal and external platforms.
• Set and uphold craft bar, mentor PMs, build and lead the team.
• Champion AI with new best practices for faster discovery and delivery.
