General Motors seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, definition, and development within the ADAS product area. You will identify market opportunities, shape roadmaps, and collaborate with software, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful automotive safety solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders, track key metrics, and communicate progress to executives while staying ahead of technology trends and competitive products.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Familiarity with complex software solutions
• Able to define vision and strategy for software products with little precedence already established
• Operate with a high level of independent judgment and proactively address obstacles as they arise
• Proven oral and written communication skills; ability to become fluent in technical concepts and explain to non-technical partners
• Comfortable with complex and ambiguous problems and situations, and adept at identifying a project’s risks
• Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where creative solutions are the norm.
• If located in California, this position will travel to Michigan 1x per month.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for your product portfolio, providing guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate product status and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Evangelize and build consensus with across colleagues and third parties
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay updated on new technology and competitive products to drive continuous improvement, anticipate threats, and identify risks
