Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver developer platforms and workflows supporting autonomous vehicle data review and auditing. You will turn user needs into concrete product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, data science, and program teams to build fast, reliable tools for the GM AV program.

You will influence stakeholders and executives using data and logic, help evolve tools for multi-modal sensor data visualization,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management, technical program management, software product development, data tooling, developer tooling, or related industry experience.
• Experience defining requirements with engineering teams, prioritizing features, and delivering software tools.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and recommend product actions.
• Ability to learn technical domains quickly and communicate with technical and non-technical partners.
• Experience gathering user feedback, documenting workflows, and defining success metrics.
• Comfort working in evolving, ambiguous environments with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own product requirements and roadmap priorities for internal web-based tools used to review, triage, investigate, and audit events from AV logs.
• Collaborate with autonomy engineers, data scientists, safety, operations, and developers to understand multi-modal sensor data workflows.
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization recommendations.
• Improve reviewer and developer productivity by identifying workflow bottlenecks, usability gaps, and opportunities for automation.
• Define and track product metrics such as time to signal, review throughput, and AI-assisted workflows.
