Joko is seeking a senior product leader to own and advance our internal AI platform strategy, Joker and Gotham. You will drive roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design and Business teams, and mentor product managers across the tribe.

Your focus will be on building scalable, secure, and efficient AI-enabled tooling for the company. You will lead product decisions for internal tools, APIs, and the platform that underpins our AI agents.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Product, including leading or mentoring other Product Managers.
• AI fluency and practical experience with AI-driven products and tools.
• Experience building internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms or complex B2B products.
• Comfort building for internal users focused on efficiency, robustness and adoption.

Mansioni

• Define the tribe's strategy and roadmap by mapping current tools, costs, and needs across teams.
• Own Joker and Gotham and drive their production-grade development.
• Build the automation layer with a capability-first approach.
• Phase out legacy tools and minimize disruption to teams.
• Own security, compliance, reliability and access control for the tribe.
• Lead, mentor and grow Product Managers within the tribe.
• Interface with Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care, aligning demands and measuring impact.
