Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the AI Agents Platform. You will own the foundational developer platform used to design, build, test, register, deploy, monitor, and operate AI agents at enterprise scale.

You will lead platform governance, identity, and lifecycle services to ensure responsible AI is the default and to enable teams to consume capabilities without rebuilding. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership across ADLC and related surfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI product management or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of the AI development life cycle and Spec Driven Development.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and value management.
• Experience with AI/agentic products or platforms including LLMs and Harness.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision for the agent platform and governance services.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog across ADLC, Agent Cloud, Managed Agents, and Governance.
• Own the Agent Control Tower as the firmwide control plane with canonical identity and lifecycle state.
• Deliver identity and delegation capabilities including multi-hop OBO and scoped credentials.
• Own governance as a service, including Agent Manifest and release graph, and system of record.
• Document the ADLC across SDK and other surfaces; simplify Managed Agent onboarding.
• Embed controls for model usage, data access, logging, and human oversight in workflows.
• Build the framework and track metrics like production conversion and governance automation rate.
• Own end-to-end delivery and execution; plan and prioritize backlog for scrum teams.
• Partner with Legal/Compliance/Risk/Cybersecurity/Data Governance to operationalize responsible AI.
