Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the AI Agents Platform. You will own the Agent SDK, MCP SDK, and developer experience, shaping a scalable, governed path for building production agents across Java, Python, and Go.

Collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineering and customer teams, you will drive adoption, reliability, and impact, balancing autonomy with governance in a fast-evolving enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI product management or a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the Agent development lifecycle and Spec Driven Development.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery and value management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategy and backlog for the Agent SDK and MCP SDK.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog for the SDK line across Java, Python, and Go.
• Drive end-to-end developer experience with starter kits, documentation, and self-service tooling.
• Own the MCP SDK roadmap and a low-code publishing path for MCP servers.
• Drive interoperability with external frameworks using MCP and A2A protocols.
