MaintainX seeks a Lead Product Manager to own the Reporting capabilities within the Core division, including in-app analytics and nascent AI-powered features. You will partner with GTM teams to quantify ROI and shape data-driven decisions across mid-market to enterprise customers.

You will lead a cross-functional team of designers and engineers, translating customer outcomes into scalable data products, while balancing simplicity for frontline users with power for executives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in product management, ideally with enterprise customers.
• Proven experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products.
• Ability to define data and infrastructure requirements with data/engineering teams.

• Own the Reporting capabilities end-to-end and shape strategy for customer data consumption.
• Evolve reporting/analytics to serve broader enterprise audiences (ops, finance, EHS).
• Lead ROI narrative within products, aligning with GTM motions and North Star metrics.

• Partner with sales to close large accounts.
• Inspire and lead designers and engineers with a clear vision, roadmap, and measurable KPIs.
