Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Principal Product Manager of AI Measurement & Reporting to maximize value from the firm’s AI investments. You will track, report, and prioritize AI use cases across business lines to ensure alignment with Capital Group’s Long-Term Strategic Plan.

You’ll monitor adoption, ROI, and business impact, reporting regularly to senior leadership, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to understand and communicate the cost and value of AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PM/analytics/strategy or tech roles; asset mgmt experience a plus.
• Strong ROI, KPI measurement, and dashboarding skills.
• Proven cross-functional PM and stakeholder coordination.
• Strategic mindset; align initiatives with corporate goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive reporting.
• Experience leading change management or technology adoption.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data analytics; partner with tech teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized inventory of AI use cases, develop dashboards/scorecards, and report adoption, impact, and ROI to senior leaders.
• Prioritize AI projects using structured frameworks and quarterly reviews.
• Define KPIs and measure realized value post-implementation.
• Create reports and presentations for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, technical, finance, and risk teams.
• Develop templates, intake forms, and reporting standards for AI use cases.
• Drive user adoption and support training initiatives.
• Communicate AI value and align portfolio with enterprise strategy.
