Job summary

Gen Digital’s LifeLock team is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own core LifeLock mobile experiences and build the AI Assistant. You will collaborate across engineering, legal, finance, and marketing to deliver end-to-end mobile features at scale, including IAP monetization, onboarding growth, and regulator-friendly AI capabilities.

You will shape the vision for an agentic AI assistant, define evaluation metrics, and partner with ML/AI teams to ensure safety and quality, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management.
• 4+ years owning a mobile product at scale.
• Experience shipping consumer mobile features end-to-end.
• Direct experience building or scaling an AI/LLM-powered product with eval frameworks and quality metrics.
• Comfort working in a regulated environment (fintech, identity, or security).
• Strong analytical KPIs defined before launch with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the Core Experiences roadmap: prioritize and sequence features to meet business goals.
• Make prioritization decisions between features and tech debt in a small engineering team.
• Manage in-app purchase flows, SKU creation, monetization via IAP.
• Drive growth levers: improve web-to-app conversion and onboarding downloads.
• Define the vision and roadmap for an agentic AI Assistant and its evaluation framework.
• Collaborate with ML/AI engineering to set model behavior standards (accuracy, tone, safety).
• Instrument post-launch learning: flag regressions, surface win/loss patterns, drive improvements.
