Sword is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Technology organization. You will own the end-to-end roadmap for a member-facing area spanning all care solutions, shaping AI-native experiences, and driving measurable outcomes.

Expect close collaboration with product, design, engineering, clinical, data, and growth teams to deliver cohesive member experiences. You will lead discovery, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate clearly across leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management (Senior) or 7+ years (Staff).
• Track record shipping consumer or member-facing products that moved real metrics.
• Strong in discovery, prioritization, lean delivery, and simplifying complexity.

Responsabilités

• Own the outcome end-to-end for a member-facing area spanning multiple care solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, clinical, data and growth teams to create cohesive experiences.
• Build AI-native experiences as the foundation of care, not an add-on.
• Run continuous discovery, collect member feedback, and base priorities on evidence.
• Prototype, experiment, and iterate quickly with clear metrics (activation, engagement, retention).
• Communicate with clarity and align stakeholders; make trade-offs explicit.
