Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Product Manager for the Advisor Marketplace to own the product that helps investors find, meet, and fund accounts with the right advisor. You will manage the full marketplace funnel, from demand generation to onboarding and funded accounts, using data and experimentation to optimize outcomes for investors and advisors.

Based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY, this role requires in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech, brokerage, or wealth management.
• Experience owning a funnel or growth-oriented product end-to-end with measurable improvements.
• Experience delivering products in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Strong analytical skills with defined metrics and dashboards.
• Strong technical acumen and collaboration with engineers, designers, and operations teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Advisor Marketplace.
• Manage the end-to-end marketplace funnel from discovery to funded accounts.
• Define marketplace health metrics: supply/demand balance, lead allocation, conversions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science to ship products from concept to production.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk to embed regulatory requirements into design and workflows.
