Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for the Advisor Marketplace to own the product that helps investors find, meet, and fund accounts with the right advisor.

You will manage the full marketplace funnel and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance. You’ll work in a high-visibility, regulated fintech context, partnering across teams to deliver scalable solutions and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management in fintech, brokerage, or wealth tech.
• Experience owning a growth-focused or marketplace product end-to-end.
• Experience with regulated environments and regulatory rigor.
• Strong analytics, metrics, and dashboard skills.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, design, and operations.

Responsabilités

• Own the Advisor Marketplace product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the end-to-end marketplace funnel and improve conversion.
• Define marketplace health metrics: supply/demand, quality, and lead flow.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science to ship features.
• Work with Compliance, Legal, and Risk on regulatory requirements.
• Integrate marketplace with broader RIA platform and Robinhood app.
• Drive go-to-market with Marketing, Sales, and Ops.
• Explore AI-enabled improvements for client-advisor interactions.
• Monitor wealth-management and marketplace trends to guide strategy.
