Base pay range

$126,300.00/yr - $173,700.00/yr

Drive innovative solutions to enhance Humana’s technology landscape, ensuring seamless integration and performance through automation and low touch code solutions.

Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality infrastructure products aligned with strategic and financial goals.

Engage with executive leadership to ensure strategic initiatives meet organizational demands.

Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, from inception to marketplace launch, developing products to meet customer needs and achieve success metrics. Monitor product efficacy post-launch and adjust based on feedback to meet customer expectations across segments.

Collaborate across departments, conduct briefings, and maintain contact with managers and executive leadership.

Work with stakeholders to create, prioritize, and manage product backlogs, ensuring products meet standards and deliver value. Influence department strategy to meet Humana’s needs and make decisions on complex technical issues independently.

Requirements

• Technical Systems thinker with Cloud experience preferred
• Experience with Agile Program Management tools such as ADO, Jira Align, SmartSheets
• Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and iterative roadmaps
• Knowledge of security and compliance principles
• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of project leadership

Work-At-Home Requirements

• High-speed internet (DSL or cable), minimum 25x10 Mbps
• No satellite or wireless internet allowed
• A dedicated, interruption-free workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA information

Additional Details

Travel may be required occasionally. Scheduled weekly hours: 40. The salary range is a general estimate and varies based on location and experience. The role is eligible for bonuses based on performance.
