Your Role

We seek a Group Product Manager to define the future for Hudl’s high school users, overseeing products like video and data analysis tools, hardware, recruiting, and team management platforms. You will set success metrics and collaborate across departments to achieve them.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company goals.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to scale delivery capabilities.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, leading Engineering and Design decisions, and supporting go-to-market strategies with Marketing and Sales.
• Build trust with stakeholders, understanding customer needs and business objectives.
• Inspire teams and stakeholders to achieve product excellence.

Location & Candidate Preference

Preferably near Lincoln, NE, or remote in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, or South Dakota.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping customer-facing software.
• At least 3 years managing Product Managers, hiring, coaching, and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience in SaaS, particularly in data analysis, video, or recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication skills for presenting and strategizing.
• Ability to build relationships across functions and influence without authority.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
• Pragmatic decision-making balancing customer needs and business goals, with data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of high school sports or participation as an athlete or coach.
• Awareness of industry trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.

Compensation

Salary range: $153,000 - $210,000 USD, with potential for long-term incentives and bonuses based on performance.
