About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager I, you will help define the strategy to grow your product and user base, leveraging your Real Estate, Software Development, and Business experience to deliver innovative brokerage tools. You will collaborate with technical teams, UX, brand operators, and third-party vendors to ensure value delivery to our customer base of real estate brokers. You will determine the 'why,' 'what,' and 'when' of product development, whether internally or externally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader, utilizing research and data analysis to chart a profitable product strategy.
• Lead product activities from vision to implementation.
• Influence high-impact organizational areas, making an immediate positive impact.
• Conduct usability studies, analyze data, and gain customer insights.
• Define roadmaps, collaborate with engineering, and coordinate stakeholders.
• Use feedback loops to champion voice-of-customer initiatives.
