The Principal Product Manager will collaborate with research, design, and engineering teams to deliver homeowner-facing products from strategy to execution. You will champion forward-thinking product development and unite stakeholders through collaboration, problem-solving, and storytelling. The ideal candidate has extensive experience guiding product development from inception to realization with interdisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do:
  1. Own the product roadmap for First American's premier homeowner platform, defining vision, strategy, and mapping customer needs across the lifecycle.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, fostering alignment within teams and stakeholders.
  3. Lead the development process hands-on, managing prioritization, requirements, and agile ceremonies.
  4. Develop success metrics to validate progress through qualitative and quantitative measures.
  5. Craft clear messaging for diverse audiences, ensuring alignment across technical, business, and executive teams.
  6. Create and deliver executive presentations on product vision, roadmap, and KPIs.
  7. Identify research needs and interpret findings to inform the product roadmap.
  8. Lead by example to elevate team members' product skills.
  9. Contribute to a customer-obsessed product culture.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven success in delivering new product experiences in fast-paced, interdisciplinary settings, with clear milestones.
  • Expertise in product strategy, agile management, and go-to-market execution.
  • Deep empathy for user needs and behaviors.
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product management, including research, design, and engineering contributions.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and proactive execution.
  • Ability to inspire teams and stakeholders by articulating product value.
  • Team spirit and willingness to contribute wherever needed.

Pay Range: $166,750 - $222,325 annually. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
