Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years software engineering experience with 5+ years of full‑stack web development.
• 2+ years leading technical direction and establishing a practice or tool.
• 2+ years owning product direction and tying work to measurable results.
• 1+ years hands‑on experience building AI coding tools and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction: lead architecture and decisions for products the team owns.
• Deliver hands‑on: ship production code across accessible UIs, GraphQL APIs, and Node.js services.
• Shape what we build: partner with users and Product Owner on priorities and run discovery.
• Own product outcomes: define metrics and bring results into roadmap decisions.
• Set standards and grow engineers: enforce test‑driven development, accessibility, and reviews.
