Job summary

Neko Health AB is seeking a Lead Product Engineer for Growth in New York to own full-stack growth initiatives across the website, web app, and backend. You will take member problems from idea to production within a pod of four to six engineers and an Engineering Pod Lead.

You will drive growth across how people find, join, pay for, and refer others, including localization, memberships, and the launch of new clinics and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack products with real customer usage, including a funnel, payments flow or a growth loop.
• Shipped end-to-end features that moved a number and can explain impact.
• Able to distinguish experiment results from noise.
• Daily use of AI coding tools and demonstrable shipped work.
• Able to translate technical decisions for product, design, marketing, and members.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end for website, web app and backend across markets and currencies.
• Own a meaningful part of the growth funnel (waitlist, bookings, payments, invites) in production.
• Run properly designed experiments: hypothesis, instrumentation, read, decide, act.
• Build growth machinery: referrals, invites, tiers, localization for future launches.
• Maintain a fast, secure public surface resilient to fraud and abuse.
