Panorama Education, a technology company serving K-12 education, is hiring a Lead Product Designer to tackle complex, strategic challenges. You will work remotely on a distributed team, shaping core product experiences and driving intelligent, AI-powered solutions that improve educator workflows and student outcomes.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, mentor designers, and advance accessibility and design system standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, end-to-end product thinking, and systems-level reasoning.
• Hands-on AI design experience: shipped AI-powered or AI-assisted features.
• Data visualization expertise: turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Accessibility expertise: WCAG 2.2 AA built into process from the start.
• Mentor and raise the bar through feedback, knowledge sharing, and experimentation.
• A genuine belief that well-designed tools can advance equity and improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve core product experiences across educator and student-facing flows.
• Design AI-powered and AI-assisted experiences and define AI-native features.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system with production-ready components.
• Lead by example in craft, mentor designers, and promote high design standards.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design across products.
• Lead discovery through user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions.
• Communicate design strategy clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
