Job summary

P2P is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design excellence across its products. This role combines management with high-quality individual contribution, requiring expertise in user-centered design and a strong portfolio to elevate the design team.

You will collaborate closely with PMs and engineers, mentor another designer, and evolve the design vision aligned with company goals. The position is based in New York, offering a competitive salary and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped, end‑to‑end work.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a critical eye for detail.
• Experience managing or mentoring other designers, formal management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design vision and uphold exceptional standards in craft.
• Manage and mentor another designer while contributing as an individual.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
