Job summary

Level is looking for a Lead Technical Product Designer to set the standard for design excellence across our product portfolio. You will own the technical design vision for core systems and mentor a team of junior designers across platforms.

You will partner with engineering and art leadership to optimize tools, systems, and pipelines, translating goals into actionable technical solutions while ensuring performance and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical design or systems design.
• 2+ years in lead or senior mentorship.
• Shipped titles with complex design systems.
• Experience leading junior designers or engineers.
• Proven ability to improve tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of junior technical designers.
