Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent.
• 6+ years designing digital products with leadership on large-scale platforms.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end product design and measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in interaction design and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for complex platform surfaces and initiatives with cross-team impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, Analytics, Operations, and partner teams to shape vision and strategy.
• Create and evolve design system patterns, platform standards, and reusable interaction models.
• Partner with Engineering to understand constraints and tradeoffs for scalable experiences.
