As a Lead Product Designer, you will own core product experiences for an early-stage digital product, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and design engineers to turn ideas into tangible experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work including flows, interactions, and visual craft.
• Experience designing and testing prototypes with real users and translating findings into design decisions.
• Ability to work in iterative development cycles with engineering and product management.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting work to stakeholders and leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving toward a validated design direction.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences and product workflows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to bring concepts to life.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design Engineers.
• Participate in user research and usability testing activities.
• Validate design solutions through testing, feedback, and iteration.
• Translate customer and business needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Use AI tools as part of the design and prototyping process.
• Contribute to product strategy and experience direction for a new digital product.
• Support implementation and delivery by collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Continuously improve experiences based on user insights and product learnings.
