Job summary

Creative People, a high-growth financial infrastructure company, is transforming the private asset market with an AI‑native platform. This senior design role starts the product design function from the ground up and defines how AI and human workflows feel like one product.

You will lead design strategy, establish system-first approaches with Engineering, and shape cohesive experiences across deterministic and AI‑driven interactions. A strong portfolio and clear product storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-native interaction patterns.
• Strong systems thinking and platform-level decision making.
• Experience working with Engineering on architecture and design-to-engineering processes.
• Exceptional portfolio showing visual craft, typography, interaction design, and product judgment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills.
• Clear point of view on how AI is changing software products and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the product design function, including team structure, processes, and craft standards.
• Establish a design-to-engineering approach for a system-first product model.
• Define how deterministic and AI-native interactions coexist across the product.
• Make platform-level decisions about design systems and reusable patterns.
• Partner with Engineering on architecture, systems, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Product on commercial translation, prioritization, and sequencing.
• Represent design in leadership discussions and roadmap decisions.
