Job summary

Confidential in the United States is seeking an experienced UX leader to guide design direction for assigned product areas, balance customer needs with business objectives, and align technical requirements with creative vision.

You will create polished interfaces, interactive prototypes, and design system components, collaborating closely with Eng and Product to carry designs from concept through implementation and delivery, with a full-time remote arrangement.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience designing digital products or software with complex, multi-step user journeys.
• Proficiency with Figma and experience creating or extending design systems.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship.
