We’re Looking For

A Lead Product Designer for our Developer Tooling team, focusing on improving the developer documentation experience. The Circle Docs platform is a vital resource used by thousands worldwide, supporting our success.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Designing experiences that showcase USDC capabilities and assist developers in integration and innovation.
• Collaborating with the Docs platform team to update and enhance documentation based on community feedback and product updates.
• Working with the development team on API and SDK references, designing interactive content, and creating intuitive user journeys.

What You'll Work On

• Leading experience design for the Developer Documentation platform to empower developers and streamline integration.
• Innovating with new design paradigms to boost user engagement and reduce time-to-value.
• Partnering with engineering, product, tech writers, support, and developer relations to understand and meet developer needs.
• Enhancing documentation and information architecture through continuous updates and feedback.
• Designing interactive sample applications demonstrating Circle’s capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of UX or product design experience, with ownership of end-to-end design for multiple products or features.
• Experience designing SaaS platforms within technical environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design, especially for documentation and developer tools.
• Experience in UX research, user interviews, and analytics tools like Datadog.
• Focus on improving user experience through experimentation and iteration.
• Ability to connect different product areas to solve complex workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the web3 ecosystem.
• Experience with API documentation standards and collaboration with technical writers.
• Experience working within design systems.
