  6. Ensure accessibility – Prioritize legibility, comprehension, and inclusion in every aspect of design.
  7. Partner with research & engineering – Validate concepts, iterate on solutions, and ensure technical feasibility for a smooth implementation.
What You’ll Bring

  2. Experience in growth-oriented optimizations, e.g. tutorials and onboarding screens. Skilled in driving incremental improvements and leveraging copy and value propositions for impact.
  3. Expertise in Figma and a deep understanding of UI, interaction design, and design systems.
  4. A strategic mindset, balancing big-picture thinking with attention to execution.
  5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate inclusively with cross-functional partners.
  6. Comfort with wrangling complexity, working through ambiguity as a team, and sharing low-fi visuals to bring clarity to conversations.
  7. A passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring accessibility in every design decision.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  9. A curiosity-driven approach—always learning, iterating, and striving for excellence.

If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, push the boundaries of design, and help millions of job seekers find their perfect fit, we’d love to meet you!

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
