Yazaki North America, Inc. is seeking a Rework Set-Up Associate to train operators, set up production tables, and monitor lines to meet production and quality targets. The role involves maintaining BOMs, reviewing quality issues, and tracking labor hours for invoicing.
The candidate should have a high school diploma, 3+ years in related roles, and familiarity with MS Office, WMS, ARE/ARS, and BEAMS. Travel and on-site presence required.

Responsible for Rework Job Set-up, including training operators in rework processes/best practices, and overseeing those operators to ensure proper execution of the rework. Monitors assigned lines to obtain established production and quality targets. Maintains compliance of systems, processes, and procedures.
Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions
Degree Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree in technical or manufacturing field preferred.
Certification Requirements: None
Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Product Coordinator, or a minimum of 3 - 4 years of quality inspection/rework experience preferred.
Travel Requirements: As required
Software: Microsoft office applications
On Call Requirements: As required
Physical Requirements: Office position - primarily sedentary. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
