You will leverage SQL and Python/R in a data-rich environment, design experiments, and mentor others while advancing AI-enabled analytics. This role emphasizes impact, clarity, and data quality across geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability turning ambiguous questions into actionable analytics.
• Experience sizing opportunities and ROI analysis.
• Strong SQL proficiency and scripting in Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement for content understanding and metadata coverage.
• Own analytics for content supply and identify gaps between demand and corpus.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate bets into success metrics.
• Design and read experiments (A/B tests) for product changes.
• Define KPIs and dashboards; ensure data quality and instrumentation.
• Present findings to product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and set measurement standards for the area.
