Scribd, Inc. is hiring a Principal/Lead Analytics Engineer to scale data for an AI native Scribd, Inc. You will shape foundational standards, data modeling, and development practices as a senior individual contributor, guiding quality and execution across teams.

Your work will focus on governance, the semantic layer, and trusted data products, with close collaboration to analytics engineering, product, and engineering leadership to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Governed canonical data models and semantic layers with a single source of truth.
• Design data quality, observability, governance, privacy, and lineage systems.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives from strategy through production adoption.
• Advanced SQL and modern data stack experience (AWS, Databricks, Airbyte, Fivetran, Looker).
• Balance stakeholder needs with long-term data product investments.
