• 4+ years in product analytics or similar role (Senior) or 7+ years (Lead) with impact on decisions.
• Ability turn ambiguous questions into analyses that change decisions.
• Experience with market sizing, segmentation, or ROI modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement for content understanding and analytics dashboards.
• Size opportunities and prioritize investments using ROI methods.
• Partner with Product Managers on strategy, roadmap, and metrics.
• Design and read experiments (A/B tests) for product changes.
• Provide clear findings to product, engineering, and exec audiences.
• Mentor analysts and set measurement standards for the area (Lead).
