Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Produce-Floral Manager to lead department inventory, pricing integrity, and related operations in a fast-paced setting. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and a passion for excellence to deliver results.

You will greet guests, guide teams, manage receiving and stocking with rotation standards, and train staff using the company's internal platforms to ensure outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Ability to read, understand and follow planograms, layouts, and schematics for merchandising.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and proactively assist them with accurate service recommendations and special requests.
• Manage order guides, ordering deadlines, reduce shrink and damage.
• Receive and stock goods with rotation standards when replenishing product levels.
• Direct teams to handle, slice, and prepare produce items and meal solutions, maintaining quality levels.
