The Fresh Market is seeking a Produce & Floral Specialist to lead the produce, floral, and gift center departments, ensuring product freshness, accurate merchandising, and strict food safety compliance. You will own inventory accuracy and rotation standards while supporting guest engagement and seasonal promotions.

You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining presentation, and upholding operations with integrity in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Ensure produce, floral, and gift center products meet freshness and quality standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with leadership on ordering and replenishment of items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness; follow proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Support front-end operations during peak times as a cashier or in other areas.
