• Manage product rotation and remove damaged items.
• Handle ordering, receiving, inspection, and storage per safety guidelines.
• Control shrink through inventory practices.
• Plan labor and scheduling.
• Coach and develop associates and maintain a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
