Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a store team member at our West Grove location. You will enter orders, schedule work, supervise staff, manage stock and inventory, and ensure timely execution of department duties while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining displays, meeting KPIs, and ensuring compliance with PPE and food safety guidelines. Shift-based 8-hour blocks may apply; physical tasks and forklift training may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand duties and safety regulations.
• Must complete 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, and performance standards.
• Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools for the job.
• Must complete in-house forklift-training program.
• Must have and maintain any required licenses, certificates, or permits.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, schedule work and production; supervise and train team members; receive, store, and stock items.
• Review work schedule; ensure PPE compliance; prepare for duties.
• Perform markdowns.
• Check inventory daily; remove outdated items; stock displays.
• Direct daily activities of team members.
• Responsible for achieving KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors and counters.
