Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a hands-on Business Systems Lead for Procure-to-Pay, focused on integrations and first-party procurement apps. You will translate business needs into scalable software, APIs, data flows, and automation across Oracle Fusion, Zip, and connected platforms.

You will own the technical roadmap, support model, and production readiness while collaborating with Procurement, AP, and Engineering. This hybrid SF role offers relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise integrations or software engineering.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript and SQL.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and Procure-to-Pay integration.
• Designed and shipped APIs, services, or internal applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate integrations across Oracle Fusion, Zip, and connected systems using APIs, events, messaging, and batch interfaces.
• Build first-party procurement applications, backend services, and user-facing workflows that simplify intake, approvals, transaction visibility, and exception resolution.
• Write maintainable code and reusable integration components with version control, tests, and deployment practices.
• Own technical testing and release readiness, including integration and regression tests, migration validation, and operational documentation.
