Job summary

L’Oréal Florence, KY is seeking a Supervisor – Processing to lead a processor team in bulk manufacturing. You will ensure adherence to batching procedures, safety, GMP standards, and training for procedures, production, equipment use and chemical safety.

You will collaborate with planners and packaging teams to ensure correct batching, monitor attendance, and provide coverage; sign off on hours for payroll and optimize performance while maintaining safety and quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of processing or operations experience.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Technical mindset with troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises bulk compounding within the Processing department and ensures batching procedures meet GMP standards.
• Trains processors on procedures, production, equipment use, and chemical safety.
• Reviews performance and partners with staff to improve outcomes.
• Champions safety, quality, 5S, and performance on the shop floor.
• Coordinates with planners and packaging to align timing and batching.
• Manages attendance and handles vacation requests and absences.
• Provides shift coverage and signs off processor hours for payroll.
