The position requires a high school diploma, forklift/yard truck certifications, and leadership experience in manufacturing. Schedule includes evenings with overtime as needed; benefits accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 6–12 months in a lead or advanced operator role in manufacturing/processing.
• Certification or ability to obtain forklift operation, yard truck/yard dog operation, and safe operation of plant processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations during assigned shift and ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead production staff, manage workflow, and resolve issues in real time.
• Train crew on latest procedures and maintain shift checklists.
• Review load scheduling, complete loads, and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Communicate with teams and management; attend meetings and training.
