Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering, or Industrial field, or 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience.
• Training in supervision skills, quality assurance systems, environmental and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mechanical/chemical process understanding.
• Proficiency with company data management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations to meet factory goals and performance standards.
• Ensure safety compliance for employees and visitors according to regulatory and company requirements.
• Manage environmental, quality, feed and food safety programs and associated records.
• Review production data, adjust targets, improve efficiency, and control costs.
• Support maintenance and upgrades during campaigns and inter-campaign periods.
• Monitor budget adherence and report variances; plan for materials and supplies.
• Drive employee development and training for union workforce.
• Identify capital and improvement projects for continuous operations enhancements.
