Job summary

Nutrition 101 LLC, Archdale, NC, is seeking a Processing Shift Supervisor to oversee production during the 2nd shift. You will lead the processing staff, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery, and serve as the primary point of contact for shift performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of processing equipment, and the ability to schedule and train staff while maintaining cGMP and food safety standards. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6–12 months as Lead or advanced Operator in manufacturing/processing.
• Certification/ability to obtain forklift, yard dog, safe operation of plant processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the shift, stepping in for roles when needed.
• Review load scheduling and ensure timely processing of loads.
• Train crew on updated procedures and maintain shift checklists.
• Communicate with shifts and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to cGMP and food safety standards.
