Job summary

Capstone Copper Pinto Valley in Arizona is seeking a Senior Supervisor Processing to oversee daily ore processing operations, lead frontline supervisors, and drive safety, efficiency, and cost objectives while meeting production targets and quality standards.

You will plan staffing, coordinate processing activities, ensure timely data and reporting, and collaborate with Processing, SXEW, Metallurgy, Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSEC to align production plans and improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an operational leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of processing operations (crushing, milling, flotation, thickeners).
• Ability to lead hourly and salaried teams and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily processing operations to meet targets and quality.
• Plan, staff, and coordinate processing activities and resources.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data management for production.
• Collaborate with Processing, SXEW, Metallurgy, Planning, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSEC.
