Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a Maintenance Lead to schedule and direct maintenance workers, train teams, and guide work orders for safe, reliable plant operations. You will oversee planning, maintenance planning, and adherence to policies across the plant.

You will supervise, train, and direct team members, ensure daily PMs, and maintain records. The role demands leadership, problem solving, and strong communication in a fast-paced food-production environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general maintenance.
• Experience in fabrication shop.
• Knowledge of plumbing.
• Knowledge of electrical systems.
• Welding experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• HVAC knowledge.
• Knowledge of working with trained operators until lead approval.

Responsibilities

• Operate and service all processing machines.
• Supervise team members.
• Service all conveyors on processing side.
• Complete all daily preventative maintenance.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOPs and SSOPs.
• Apply Lean manufacturing processes; team building and quality focus.
• Manage start-up to ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.
• Record checks at shift start and with each new product; label/date coding accuracy.
• Follow daily production schedule and meet specified goals.
• Ensure products conform to specifications.
