Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee evening maintenance operations and lead a team of technicians. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and align activities with production goals to minimize downtime.

You will also drive training, continuous improvement, and planning initiatives while ensuring safety and quality compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience required.
Experience with VFDs, safety relays, motor controls, sensors, pumps, gear drives, and hydraulics.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic and automated systems.
Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Ammonia certifications and boiler/wastewater experience are a plus.
Food industry background and robotics experience are valued.

Responsibilities
