Kimmel Associates is seeking a Lead Process Estimator for our water and wastewater projects. This hands-on leadership role guides a growing estimating team, pricing self-performed piping and equipment scopes, and influencing design-build pursuits from early pricing through project award.

Based in East Central Pennsylvania with monthly office visits, you will manage mentors, drive best practices, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate, competitive bids on technically challenging

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in process piping and equipment estimating for water and wastewater facilities.
• Experience with hard-bid and design-build project delivery.
• Ability to lead and mentor estimators.
• Willingness to work remotely with monthly office visits.
• Located in East Central Pennsylvania.
