Hazelett-Corporation is seeking a Manager of the Process Engineering team to lead a capable group that supports customer operations, drives continuous improvement, and develops technical solutions. You will collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and management to identify process improvements, product enhancements, and new business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with metal processing or related industrial equipment is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of technical teams.
• Excellent communication with customers, sales, engineering and manufacturing colleagues.
• Ability to develop technical proposals, scopes of work, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of Process Engineers; conduct regular check-ins and provide development opportunities.
• Serve as a key technical resource for customers; address questions and resolve issues.
• Partner with the sales team to respond to inquiries, quotations, and create project plans.
• Support development initiatives by identifying caster upgrades and process improvements.
• Investigate issues, drive corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain department planning tools, budgets, travel planning, and strategic planning.
